2. Scope of Services

Virtually Unlimited Inc. provides remote virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

✔ Administrative Support (email management, data entry, research, document formatting)
✔ Customer Service Assistance (inquiries, chat support, appointment scheduling)
✔ Financial & Billing Support (invoice creation, payment tracking, bookkeeping assistance)
✔ Executive & Personal Assistant Services (travel bookings, personal scheduling, high-priority task handling)
✔ Industry-Specific Virtual Support (healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and more)

📌 All services are provided remotely. We do not offer in-person assistance.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

✅ Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service execution
✅ Use services ethically and legally
✅ Not misuse, resell, or redistribute services without written consent
✅ Maintain confidentiality for any proprietary materials exchanged

🚨 Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in service termination without refund.

4. Payment & Billing

💰 Pricing & Fees:
✔ Hourly Rate: $40/hour (5-hour minimum commitment)
✔ Monthly Packages: $350 - $1,200/month
✔ Custom Packages: Quoted per project

💳 Payment Terms:

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension until settled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

✔ Hourly Services: No refunds for completed work.
✔ Monthly Packages: Cancellation requires 7-day notice before renewal date.
✔ One-Time Projects: Refunds are not available once work has started.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Virtually Unlimited Inc. respects client confidentiality and follows Canadian privacy laws, including:

✅ PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act – Federal)
✅ PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act – Alberta)
✅ HIA (Health Information Act – For Health-Related Virtual Assistance)

📌 Clients can request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for additional confidentiality measures.

7. Third-Party Services & Tools

Some services may require third-party tools or software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Drive, Shopify).

✔ Clients must have proper licensing for any third-party software used.
✔ Virtually Unlimited Inc. is not responsible for third-party service failures or security breaches.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

✔ Any documents, templates, or resources created for clients remain the property of Virtually Unlimited Inc. until full payment is received.
✔ Clients may not resell, modify, or distribute proprietary content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

🚨 Virtually Unlimited Inc. is NOT liable for:
❌ Technical errors beyond our control (e.g., third-party software failures)
❌ Losses due to client misuse of services
❌ Indirect or incidental damages related to service use

✔ Clients assume full responsibility for how they implement our virtual assistant services.

10. Termination of Services

Virtually Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if a client:
✔ Engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities
✔ Violates any confidentiality agreements
✔ Fails to pay invoices on time

📍 In case of termination, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Alberta law. Any disputes shall be handled in Alberta courts, unless otherwise required by provincial or federal law.

📌 Clients outside Alberta agree to comply with these Terms when using our services.

12. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Virtually Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date.

📌 Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
